The PaddleOne K is specifically designed to compliment competitive
Kayak training. It continues the development of muscles particular to the
sport of canoeing. It is also recognized as a good cardio work out when
one cannot get out on the water.
The PaddleOne K simulates the pull of the water on both sides, imitating
the movement of the kayak. The unique design developed at PaddleOne does not
give the user the impression of being pulled as he brings one side towards the
front.
Reputed for its realistic performance, the PaddleOne K is used for the
training of Olympic athletes as well as amateurs
